씨젠의 새로운 생산센터는 본사 직원뿐만 아니라 다양한 외부 서비스 팀까지 임시로 수용할 예정이다. 시간 경과에 따른 사용자 밀도 변화가 크기 때문에, 최고 밀도 상황에 대한 대안과 저밀도 상황에서의 적절한 공간 활용 방식을 고려하여 계획되었다.

생산센터의 각 층은 최소 2.7미터의 층고를 확보해야 하며, 온도, 습도, 기압이 제어되는 클린룸을 조성하기 위해 천장 위 최소 약 3미터 높이의 공조 설비 공간이 계획되어진 반면, 공용 공간은 천장 위 설비 공간이 필요하지 않으므로, 층고를 높여 더욱 개방적이고 쾌적한 환경을 조성하였다. 생산효율성의 극대화를 위한 전체 구성에 반하여, 입면에서는 빛의 반사 및 투과를 이용하여 시간대 별의 연속적 변화가 이루어지게 계획되었다.

Seegene's new production center will temporarily accommodate not only headquarters staff but also various external service teams. Given the significant fluctuations in user density over time, the plan was designed to accommodate both alternatives for peak density situations and optimal space utilization in low-density environments.

Each floor of the production center must have a minimum ceiling height of 2.7 meters. To create a cleanroom with controlled temperature, humidity, and air pressure, an air conditioning facility space of at least 3 meters above the ceiling is planned. However, public spaces do not require overhead equipment, so the ceiling height is increased to create a more open and comfortable environment. While the overall design is designed to maximize production efficiency, the façade utilizes light reflection and transmission to create continuous changes across the time of day.
